Online-Event: Mental Health & Corona
The exceptional situation, which has been going on for several weeks now, challenges parents in a new way. Especially domestic quarantine, closed schools & daycare centers cause massive psychological pressure. Other factors such as racism increase this burden.
The psychologist Felicia Lazaridou will introduce the topic through an input. Afterwards there will be the possibility to ask the speaker questions, exchange experiences and discuss possible ideas to minimize this pressure and find a good way to deal with it.
The event is aimed at people who experience racism (BIPoC = Black, Indigenous & People of Color).
